Recommended for spec/model homes and unoccupied properties. We require an initial assessment of the property or active listing prior to receiving actual cost estimate.

In-Home Consultation - $150

Following an 8-step design process room-by-room, we ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for every staging dollar that you spend. This service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the staging work on your own in the form of a detailed report. 

The assessment can take up to 2 hours and may cover the following:

  • Buyer Demographic Research - Designing for Your Typical Buyer
  • Checklists for Each Room
  • Open House Checklist with Instructions
  • Curb Appeal for First Impression Impact
  • Recommended Furniture Arrangement and Flow
  • De-Clutter, De-Personalizing and Optimizing Space in Each Room
  • Lighting, Window Treatments and Accessory Arrangement

You will walk away with all the answers, a Priority Shopping List, and an Exclusive Vendor List to help you complete the staging process. 

Half Day Staging - Starting $850

Recommended for homes less than 2,000 square feet. This service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following a detailed Staging Report and working together to start staging the main areas of the home right away. 

This service can take up to four hours in the home with two hours of planning/preparation time and includes the following:

  • Kitchen Staging and Organizational Strategies
  • Main Living Area Staging and Emotional Connection Point Set Up
  • Main (Guest) Bathroom Design
  • If Time Permits, We May Tackle Other Key Areas

We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a visual shopping list of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love. We can also schedule a photoshoot and virtual tour for your realtor's marketing efforts. Vacant staging inquiries are priced upon request. 

Full Day Staging– Starting at $1250

If you have a home larger than 2,000 square feet with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done, a full day with our team is what you need. We will execute our Staging Report and dramatically transform the main areas of your home in preparation for the showing and/or MLS photoshoot. 

This service may take up to seven hours with two hours of planning/preparing time and includes the following:

  • Kitchen Staging and Organizational Strategies
  • Main Living Area Staging and Emotional Connection Point Set Up
  • Main Bathroom Design
  • Master Bedroom and Bathroom Design
  • If Time Permits, We May Tackle Other Key Areas
